This October, UNSW is supporting you to put the ME in Mental Health with free events, workshops and resources for students and staff. We have a full list of events and resources for you based on the '5 Ways to Wellbeing' – five simple and effective ways to improve your psychological and emotional health that are based on extensive international research.

Join us from 10 to 29 October 2023 to Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Be Aware and Help Others.
