Come on a journey for the senses and experience the wonders of scientific discovery through tactile models and hands-on activities!
This is a free public event accessible to audiences with visual or hearing impairments. Suitable for school-aged children, senior citizens, and everyone in between. Auslan interpreters will be available.
Program includes:
- Introductory talk on the basics of medical research
- A series of interactive discovery sessions with activities and tactile displays to engage your senses of touch, sight, sound, and smell
- Artwork and reflections by David Choi, a DeafBlind artist
- Lunch for attendees
