This conversation panel will be facilitated by Victoria Graves, Manager NSW Young Lawyers and Graduate Services at the Law Society NSW.

Panel speakers include -

Jennifer Windsor, Senior Lawyer, Clayton Utz & NSW Young Lawyers President

Jennifer works in the Public Sector team at Clayton Utz, advising public and private sector clients in relation to administrative law, including judicial review and merits review, litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory enforcement, and inquests and inquiries. Jennifer’s career highlights include the Dreamworld Inquest, the Lindt Café Siege Inquest, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses for Child Sexual Abuse and developing the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulation 2014 (NSW).

David Turner, Assured Legal Solutions

David graduated from UNSW in 2012. David Turner began his legal career in the restructuring and insolvency team of a leading international law firm, advising insolvency practitioners and Australian financial institutions on complex insolvency appointments and security enforcement litigation. David was then called to the NSW Bar, where he built a successful practice acting for clients in a diverse range of commercial disputes. David currently works as a corporate and commercial lawyer for Assured Legal Solutions.

James Skelton,Senior Associate, Swaab

James specialises in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law. James was named the 2017 Australian Young Lawyer of the Year by the Law Council of Australia and won the 2017 Lawyers Weekly “30 Under 30” Award for commercial law in Australia. James was also previously a finalist in the 2017 & 2016 Australian Law Awards for “Young Gun of the Year” and 2015 “30 Under 30” Awards. He is also a UNSW alum 2012, graduating in 2012 with Juris Doctorate and previously obtained Bachelor International Studies.
