You are invited to Meet the CEO with Shemara Wikramanayake, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Macquarie Group on Monday, 14 November, online.

This is our 50th Meet the CEO – a very special milestone for this flagship event that has been running uninterrupted since 2003. On this special occasion, the conversation with Shemara will be conducted by UNSW Chancellor David Gonski AC.

Shemara will share experiences from her three-decade career at Macquarie Group, latterly as Head of Macquarie Asset Management before being appointed as Macquarie Group’s Managing Director and CEO in 2018. Shemara will share insights on her approach to leadership; building diverse and high-performing teams and businesses; considerations around sustainable investing and how to build a purpose-driven career.

Meet the CEO has always held a special place within the UNSW Business School community, providing a unique platform for our alumni to learn from contemporary thought leaders and build strong networks.

Meet the CEO will be available on demand after the event.
