Pint of Science Festival 2025
This May, the Pint of Science Festival is back—bringing leading researchers from across Australia to local pubs to talk science over a cold drink. And once again, UNSW academics are front and centre.
Across three nights and multiple venues, researchers will explore topics ranging from climate change and plant biology to artificial intelligence and quantum physics—all in the informal, welcoming atmosphere of Pint of Science.
This year, UNSW will host two nights at the Roundhouse on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 May, as well as feature speakers at the Botany View Hotel in Newtown and The Commercial Hotel in Parramatta.
Whether it’s pollination in the time of climate change, the dynamics of cancer, or the future of quantum systems, our researchers are ready to dive into the deep end of their science—and invite you to join them.
