To be eligible for the Portfolio Entry Early Conditional Offer Scheme, you must:

• be an Australian resident or citizen
  AND
• be completing an Australian Year 12 qualification in the year of application
  OR
• have completed tertiary studies
  OR
• have completed Year 12 studies in the last 5 years
