Alison Mirams

Construction is the most male dominated industry in Australia with females making up less than 15% of the overall workforce. Mirams is leading the way in changing the culture through empowering women and disrupting the traditions associated with the sector.

In this lecture Alison will share the strategies she has been implementing in her own organisation to fix and advance the industry for the benefit of both men and women.

Join us at UNSW Kensington to hear from Alison Mirams and enjoy a drinks reception following the lecture.
