The Warrane Lecture is an annual public lecture delivered by an eminent person from public life or academia. Its aim is to contribute to the understanding of important issues and current challenges facing society, in line with the overall aims of UNSW's Warrane College.

We invite you to attend the second Mason Conversation, featuring Ms Patricia Anderson AO and Professor Megan Davis in dialogue with Professor George Williams and audience members. Pat Anderson and Megan Davis shared the leadership of a unique and historic public law process in 2016-17: the deliberative Regional Dialogues and First Nations Constitutional Convention that culminated with the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

UNSW are hosting the 2018 RoboCup Junior Australia NSW State Open Competition this year, on Monday 20th August and Tuesday 21st August at Leighton Hall, UNSW Kensington Campus.

RoboCup Junior is an educational initiative that is designed to introduce RoboCup to primary and high school children and to educate students on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.

Ethics is the philosophy of human conduct. How should we act? That's the question of ethics. Throughout most of history, the repertoire of actions available to us was very limited, as was their reach and complexity. Likewise, power structures were largely independent and trade was slow, which contained the impact of actions in both space and time.

A Scientia Education Academy public lecture

Black Suns: An Astrophysics Adventure, a documentary about chasing eclipses and science dreams, chronicles the lives of two globe-trotting astrophysicists, Dr Alphonse Sterling and Dr Hakeem Oluseyi, as they follow/document the two solar eclipses that occurred in 2012.
