The Warrane Lecture is an annual public lecture delivered by an eminent person from public life or academia. Its aim is to contribute to the understanding of important issues and current challenges facing society, in line with the overall aims of UNSW's Warrane College.

Pat Anderson and Megan Davis shared the leadership of a unique and historic public law process in 2016-17: the deliberative Regional Dialogues and First Nations Constitutional Convention that culminated with the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

UNSW are hosting the 2018 RoboCup Junior Australia NSW State Open Competition this year, on Monday 20th August and Tuesday 21st August at Leighton Hall, UNSW Kensington Campus.

RoboCup Junior is an educational initiative that is designed to introduce RoboCup to primary and high school children and to educate students on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.
