Freshwater Saltwater event program

Join us for the Freshwater Saltwater events program and Madjawa Maangi exhibition featuring First Nations arts and cultural activities at the UNSW Health Translation Hub. 

Hosted by Indigenous knowledge holders from Freshwater and Saltwater landscapes across NSW. The events include workshops, yarns, dance and language experiences.

• Tuesday 1 September – Freshwater: Traditional Medicine Workshop
• Tuesday 1 September – Saltwater: Yidaki Sounds Session
• Tuesday 1 September – Panel Yarns: Country, Culture, people & wellbeing

The First Nations exhibition, Madjawa Maangi opens at the UNSW Health Translation Hub on 31 August 2026.
