💜 Get ready for Wear it Purple Day at UNSW
Join us on Wednesday 26 August to get ready for Wear It Purple 2026! Show your support for LGBTQIA+ young people and make it clear that UNSW is an inclusive and welcoming community where everyone is valued, respected, and cared for.
This year’s theme is ‘Colours of Courage’, which celebrates the many different forms of courage shown by LGBTQIA+ young people and their allies.
Inclusive Communities team will be hosting a stall in the Quad on Wednesday 26 August from 11am to 2pm.

💬 Reflect on the theme of ‘Colours of Courage’ and write a supportive message for LGBTQIA+ young people

We encourage everyone to come along, bring a friend, and share photos of you in your finest purple outfits to help build visibility for Wear it Purple Day at UNSW.
Then, on Friday, wear something purple and turn campus into a sea of purple!
