Harry is an expert in IoT technologies for construction sector. Qualified in engineering and finance, he has over 22 years of experience across the whole spectrum of developmental stages of capital projects. He specialises in construction technologies, commercial and procurement advisory, financial and investment analysis, project control and risk management in infrastructure, resources and renewable projects. He has been involved in a wide range of projects including: passenger and freight rail, power station, wind farm, roads, water treatment works, waste management facilities, sport stadium, commercial building, age care facility and hospitals with an aggregate value up to A$10b. He founded BeeInventor in 2017 to bring digital transformation in the construction industry.

Kim Tian

Director of Monecc

Kim Tian is the Director of Monecc, a smart-building technology company specialising in energy management and optimisation, intelligent HVAC control, IoT metering and building-performance optimisation.

Kim has approximately 20 years of experience in property development, construction and project management across mixed-use, residential, commercial, industrial and government projects. Her experience spans development feasibility, design management, procurement, contract administration, construction delivery, commissioning and building operations.

Through Monecc, Kim works with building owners, facility managers, engineers, contractors and research institutions to translate innovative technologies into practical and commercially viable building solutions. Monecc is also an industry member of the ARC Research Hub for Human-Robot Teaming for Sustainable and Resilient Construction (HaRTCon), collaborating with UNSW, UTS and industry partners to support smarter, more sustainable and future-ready built assets.
