UNSW and AWS present: Cloud Innovation in Higher Education
Cloud technology is shaping our governments, businesses and day-to-day lives, but how?
As information technology continues to transform our lives and work at an individual, organisational and macroeconomic level – governments and business leaders are having to rethink their business models and accelerate their digital transformation using cloud technology.
In partnership with AWS, UNSW students, staff and more are invited to see first-hand the innovative and transformative ways cloud technology is solving key challenges and making organisations more productive and efficient alongside industry experts.
The Showcase and Expo component of the day will see attendees immerse themselves in the demonstration and showcases of new products including the Guinness Record holding Sunswift Solar Car. What’s more, students will be able to speak to recruitment teams at our Jobs Fair to learn more on exciting career opportunities in the cloud technology space.
In the Training and Immersion component, learn more about the AWS Cloud and compete in the AWS DeepRacer NSW Higher Education Championship Round for a chance to not only gain an in-depth knowledge of cloud, but also win prizes. Meanwhile IT Security and Risk Professionals will have the opportunity to take part in Cloud Security Immersion Day and get hands-on with AWS Security Hub and CrowdStrike’s Cloud Workload and Identity Protection workshops.
