It’s a balancing act. All of it. And perhaps we don’t want stability. We relish in the off-kilter. We’re certainly knitting with one hand while pulling at the threads with the other. We’re re-joining at the seams and making a mess. And it’s wonderful.

Oozing with joy, this is a celebration of bold musical choices. The UNSW Latin Conjunto and Jazz Orchestra are joining forces to bring you liturgies for computer games, homages to pizza, Beach Boys done the Latinx way, and saucy Cuban classics.

Light dances across the fog, time swings back and forth, a fragrant obstacle dissipates, a pianist interprets a deep secret. Maneuvering is a concert where musicians not only play the notes, they tie us in knots and catch souls.
