UNSW's Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering are proud to host the 21st Annual Kenneth Finlay Memorial Lecture and Alumni and Industry Dinner.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Hugh Durrant-Whyte, newly appointed NSW State Chief Scientist and Engineer. His talk will be on 'Data Automation and Innovation in the Mining Industry'.

A night of Jazz, Bulgarian Voices and Turkish Beats

A captivating night of jazz and world music inspired by Balkan sounds and Turkish rhythms. Featuring guest artists Mara Kiek on tapan, Llew Kiek on bouzouki, Musharrem Aslan on the baglama, our own Jazz legends Sandy Evans and Alister Spence, and the talents of UNSW music students. This eclectic evening will feature some stunning traditional works mixed with new compositions and melodies.
